oin us for a blend of fun and empowerment that nurtures both physical skills and confidence! This is real-world self-defense, and students must have pre-authorization to attend these classes. We recommend participants be at least 10 years old. Please note that this is an add-on and not part of the after-school program. It's not just for kids; adults and parents are welcome too. These techniques are tried and proven, taught by Master Power, a 5th-degree black belt and use-of-force instructor.
